28/01/05: The High Court has ruled against a legal bid to prevent the ban on hunting taking effect. According to the Countryside Alliance they didn't "expected to win this round of its legal challenge." However the expression of the Countryside Alliance's chief executive Simon Hart tells a rather different story.
